Le Bûcheron, bushcraft with colors!

I spent quite some time before finally diving into designing a bushcraft knife. I wanted to approach this design with respect for tradition while adding a personal touch. The result is a clean, fairly classic shape from the blade to the handle that feels comfortable and secure in hand.

But that didn’t stop me from having fun with it. I poured my creativity into the handle material design, playing with colors and patterns from the layered skateboard maple wood, That gives to these knives a unique and strong personality with an unusual look, even though they are above all considered true working tools.

This model is already pre-patinated using a ferric chloride solution.
