Le requin is one of my earliest designs and remains one of my personal favorite. A refined table / steak knife with clean lines and sharp character.
Le requin comes in different variations, handleless in particular, with various finishes such as "brute de forge" where traces of the heat treatment remain visible, "brute d'inox" a fully satin finish, and "inox fumé" a blend of both worlds.
