Each knife is handmade in my workshop, one by one. I work alone, on a human scale, because of this I remain flexible and open to discussion if any issue occurs. My goal is simple: to craft knives made to be enjoyed for a lifetime

Warranty

All knives are covered by one year warranty from the date of purchase.
If you experience any problem with your knife, you can contact me directly. Depending on the situation, the knife will either be repaired or replaced.
However, I reserve the right to refuse warranty coverage on kitchen knives if it is clear that the knife has been misused or improperly treated.

These kitchen knives are tools, but they are not indestructible. This is especially true for my Japanese collection knives, which feature thinner blade geometry and highly refined edges. They are designed for precision cutting and should be used accordingly.

Carbon Steel & Rust

Surface rust and patina are considered normal characteristics of carbon steel, not defects. It is a living material and requires basic care. When exposed to moisture, light surface rust may appear. If your knife develops a too strong patina, I’ll gladly give it a second life, the first restoration is free.
In cases of deep corrosion, for example if the blade has been in contact with water for several days, restoration may require regrinding and refinishing the entire blade, which will result in a small service fee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs related to warranty or repairs are the responsibility of the customer, both: shipping from the customer to my workshop
and return shipping from my workshop back to the customer.

Handles Made from Recycled Skateboard Wood

Most of my knife handles are made from recycled skateboard wood. Seven layers of maple wood, some colored some not.
This recycled material has already lived a previous life. Only clean, structurally sound sections are carefully selected and inspected before being used. However small cracks may appear over time. This does not affect the structural integrity of the knife and is considered a natural behavior of reused wood, not a defect.
Those small imperfections are your handle history, it's part of the handle’s character.
Large variety of colors, don't hesitate to contact me for a specific color request.
